Building Bridges

       Military Ministries in Germany

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor" (Luke 4:18-19 ESV).

Mission Assignments

Church Plant Ministry

I'll be joining career AGWM missionaries Jordan and Shea Campbell in their new church plant, Remnant Church--an English-language congregation in Grafenwöhr, Germany.

German Community

I'm looking forward to studying German in-depth to gain full proficiency in the language. Remnant Church hopes to eventually expand into some German-language ministries.

Prayer Mobilization

Spiritual fruit always start in the hidden place of prayer. God has called me to inform and equip intercessors to pray intentionally over military ministries in Germany.

Why Grafenwöhr?

Passion

My life belongs to King Jesus. I go where He sends me. When He told me it was time to move overseas, He said, "I want you to go to Germany because I've put that on your heart for a reason."

Population

There are 40,000 American military personnel and civilians living in Bavaria connected to the U.S. bases there. Additionally, thousands of Germans live in the small rural towns in the region.

Potential

Young soldiers and families living overseas often face challenges such as loneliness, addiction, marital conflict, and depression. The Gospel of Jesus Christ offers the hope and victory they need.

Building Bridges...

To the Unreached

I will be helping Remnant Church find effective ways to share the power of the Gospel to the lost in our community.

To the Unchurched

Together with my team, we will seek the Holy Spirit for strategies of discipleship and relationship development.

Toward Unity

As we grow in the love of Christ, God's people can practice cooperation and connect across cultural and language barriers.

Are you going back to Germany?

Yes! The Lord is sending me back to Germany for another term! My goal is to return on January 10, 2023. In order to be approved to go back, I first need commitments of monthly support for my full budget.

I'll also be studying German intensely so that I can become fully proficient in the language.

Finally, I'll be seeking to mobilize fervant intercessory prayer over missions and military ministries in Germany.

Will you be going back to the same place?

No, I will be serving in a new location in Germany for my second term. I'm excited to join the team of Jordan and Shea Campbell, veteran missionaries and church planters in Grafenwöhr, Germany. Jordan and Shea founded Remnant Church in September of 2022. I'll be joining their work as the director of connections ministries.

What will you be doing in ministry?

I will be serving Remnant Church as the director of Connections Ministry--developing effective avenues for outreach, evangelism, community, and discipleship.

I'll also be studying German intensely so that I can become fully proficient in the language.

Finally, I'll be seeking to mobilize fervant intercessory prayer over missions and military ministries in Germany.

Do you speak German?

Yes, I speak German at an early intermediate level. When I return to Germany, I look forward to taking intensive German courses so that I can grow to be fully proficient in German. I love the language!

What is Grafenwöhr like?

Grafenwöhr is a small, rural community in southeast Germany. It is the location of the U.S. military's largest training faciliity outside the United States. This facility is also the largest NATO training center in Europe. Thousands of American servicemen and women, civilian employees, and family members live on the base and in off-base housing in the surrounding communities.
